How do I make a purchase?

To purchase our products, simply add them to the cart and follow the guided procedure, which consists of 5 steps:

Step 1: Select the product to purchase.

Step 2: Open the cart at the top right of the page and click on the checkout process.

Step 3: Register on our website by entering your name/surname and email address, enter the necessary shipping information (if you have previously entered it, it will appear automatically), accept the privacy policy and click on SAVE (this operation may take more than 1 minute to load, so we invite you to click and wait patiently).

Is it possible to request a gift wrapping?

Sure, it's possible to request a gift wrapping for your order. You can request it at checkout for a cost of €2. Additionally, once you check the "GIFT WRAPPING" option, you can write a personalized message that we will print (with a beautiful cursive font) and include in the wrapping. For those who request the gift wrapping, the product will be shipped without an order summary or price on the tag.

Where is my order?

You can check the status of your order in the "your account" section. Alternatively, you can track your shipment using the tracking code you received via email from our courier. And in case of a return for an order purchased in installments, how does it work?

In case of a return, Scalapay will cancel the unpaid installments and refund the already paid installments. Refunds will be made to the card used for the payment of the respective installment.

Is there a cost for in-store pickup?

For those who decide to purchase and pick up the product at one of our stores, any shipping or cash on delivery fees will not be applied, and they will only need to pay the product price. For those who choose this delivery method, the product will be held for 3 days from the validation date. Afterward, the order will be canceled, and the product will be put back on sale.

I received an order but I need to make an exchange or a return, what is the procedure?

You have 30 days from the delivery date to request a return or exchange, and you must follow these steps:

1.     Access the "Order History" section of your account.

2.     Select the order you wish to return by clicking on "Details".

3.     Select the products you wish to return by ticking the box next to the names.

4.     Add the quantity that needs to be returned (if you need to return more than one product).

5.     In the "Return or Exchange" section, add an explanation so that our team can better understand why you want to return the product.

6.     Click on "Request an Exchange/Return".

We will then arrange a pickup with an express courier at the same address indicated in the order. In any case, you will receive an email notifying you of each step.

The exchange costs €6, which you can pay with a credit card, debit card, PayPal, prepaid card, or cash on delivery (+€5). The return costs €12 (which will be deducted from the refund), and if you paid cash on delivery, we need an IBAN (a Postepay Evolution account is also fine) to issue the refund. For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges of items such as:

·        stockings, tights, and bandelettes;

·        net or latex clothing;

·        underwear or lower parts of swimsuits that have been worn in direct contact with the skin;

·        adhesive bras or accessories.

To protect hygiene, we also require that swimsuits, thongs, and any kind of underwear be tried on with your own underwear on.

Why does the exchange of goods cost 6€ and the return 12€?

The cost of €6 for exchanges and €12 for returns are purely for reimbursement of expenses. We offer a home pickup service with an express courier, so the courier has to come to your home, pick up the product, and deliver it back to us. All these services have a cost for us and being a small e-commerce we cannot offer them for free. However, you can avoid these costs simply by using your own trusted courier or post office, in which case you won't pay for the cost of the exchange or return.

What is the cost of shipping?

Shipping, in Italy, is free for all orders equal to or greater than €90, below that it costs €5.99. For more information, you can click. qui.

What are the delivery times for an order?

The delivery times, in Italy, are 24/48 working hours from the shipping confirmation email, 48/72 hours in Sardinia, smaller islands or hard-to-reach areas. You will also receive an email and an SMS from the courier with the tracking code to monitor the delivery status.

What happens if the courier is unable to deliver the product?

If there are any issues with the delivery of your order (e.g. wrong address, customer not available at the first and second delivery attempt, insufficient cash on delivery amount, etc.), you can ask for explanations directly to the GLS courier by contacting your local branch. I received a discount code from a third-party website, how can I use it?

If you have received a discount code from one of our partners, all terms and conditions are available on the partner's page. Can I request gift wrapping for my order?

Of course, at checkout, after choosing the shipping method, you can check the box "I WOULD LIKE TO RECEIVE A GIFT WRAPPING", the gift wrapping has a cost of 2€, the recipient will receive the product in our premium shopping bag with a personalized closing ribbon. You can also add a note to the gift which we will print on an A4 paper and include in the box.

How can I create a wishlist?

To create your wishlist, you need to be registered on the website and logged in. To choose products to add to your list, simply click on the heart icon located below the product or click on "add to wishlist" on the product page. Remember to name your list so that you can create different lists based on your needs. Can I pay on delivery?

I have a Postepay or a prepaid card and don't have PayPal, how can I pay?

The PayPal and PayPlug (online POS) systems accept most credit cards and do not require registration on their own website. PayPal is not just a credit card but an online payment service.

I placed a cash on delivery order but I haven't received the confirmation email, what should I do? (Only in Italy)

If you have placed a cash on delivery order but haven't received the cash on delivery confirmation email from our customer service, it's possible that our email has ended up in your spam folder. We suggest checking your spam folder or contacting our customer service at info@cristianocalzature.it.
