HOW DO I MAKE A PURCHASE?

To purchase our products, simply add them to your cart and follow the guided procedure, which consists of 5 steps:

Step 1: Select the product to purchase.

CAN I REQUEST A GIFT WRAPPING?

Certainly, you can request gift wrapping for your order. At checkout, after choosing the courier, you can check the box "I WANT TO RECEIVE A GIFT WRAPPING." The gift wrapping costs €2.00, and the recipient will receive the product in our premium shopping bag with a personalized closure ribbon. You can also add a greeting message that we will print on an A4 sheet and include in the box.

I RECEIVED AN ORDER BUT I NEED TO MAKE AN EXCHANGE OR RETURN, WHAT IS THE PROCEDURE?

You have 30 days from the delivery date to request a return or exchange, you must follow these steps:
Access the "Order History" section of your account.
Select the order you want to return by clicking on "Details."
Select the products you want to return by checking the box next to the names.
Add the quantity to be returned (if you need to return more than one product).
In the "Return or exchange goods" section, add an explanation so that our team understands better why you want to return the product.
Click on "Request an exchange/return."
We will then arrange for a pickup with an express courier at the same address indicated in the order. In any case, you will receive an email that will notify you of each step. The exchange has a cost of €6, which you can pay by credit card, debit card, Paypal, prepaid card, or cash on delivery (+€5), while the return has a cost of €12 (which will be deducted from the refund). WHY DOES EXCHANGING MERCHANDISE COST €6 AND RETURNS €12?

The cost of €6 for exchanging merchandise and €12 for returns is purely to cover expenses. We offer a home pickup service with express courier, so the courier must come to your address, collect the product, and return it to us. All these services have a cost for us, and being a small e-commerce, we cannot provide them for free. However, you can avoid these costs by using your trusted courier service or the postal service, in which case you won't pay for the exchange or return.
