And how does it work in case of return or exchange?

In case of a return, Scalapay will cancel the installments not yet paid and will refund the installments possibly already paid. Refunds will take place on the card used for the payment of the respective installment. In case of merchandise exchange, the €6 cost requested cannot be paid with Scalapay but with the other methods available online, the same procedure will also be applied in case of exchange with a difference in our favor.
