For any reason the customer is not satisfied of own purchase, the items do not wear can be return for the exchange or the reypament within 30 days from the date of receipt of the merchandise. Under the clause 64 of the Consumer code the customer-consumer has the right to withdrawal from the purchase agreement for any reason and without penalty within 15 working days , with the modality indicated below. To practise the withdrawal, the customer will have to send to Cristiano V. s.r.l. a written communication within and no more than fourteen working days from the date of receipt of the merchandise. If the delivery of the goods has already taken place the consumer will have to return to Cristiano V. s.r.l. by means of express Courrier, within and no more than 30 working days decurrent from the date of receipt of the goods. The integrity of the goods is essential for the right of withdrawal. The only costs of the customer who practices the right of the withdrawal are the forwarding charges for the restitution of the goods to sender, gift box will not refund. The goods bought will have to return in the original making, with all its parts, included the documents and accessories. The right of the withdrawal will not be accepted if the merchandise returned or the original making will be damaged or missing of its accessorizes or integral parts. In this case the goods will be returned to the sender with the costs of the forwarding charges. If the withdrawal has practised in accordance with Consumer code and according to the general condition, Cristiano V. s.r.l. will repay the amount that has already been paid (except forwarding charges) from the customer in as short a time as possible and not more than 48 working hours.
Returns instruction
In the case the customer wants to give back the brand has to send a message from the section “CONTACT US” or an e-mail to the address info@cristianocalzature.it indicating:
- the order number
- the articles to give back
Afterwards cristianocalzature.it books the withdrawal with express Courrier the following dayto the request of return and to the same address indicated in the order. The customer will have not to indicated the address on the making because it has already been indicated to the courrier.

Exchange instructions
If you want to replace the product with another size or another article need to send a message from the section “CONTACT US” or an e-mail to the address info@cristianocalzature.it indicating:
- the order number
- the brands to replace
- the new size or the new product
The change of product or size has a cost of €6 in Italy, while in the others countries the costs will be the same of the forwarding charge. Afterwards cristianocalzature.it books the withdrawal with express courrier the following day to the request of exchange and to the same address indicated in the order. The customer will have not to indicate address on the making because it has already been indicated to the courrier.
CAUTION: On specific products, such as handbags and clothing, there is a SEAL GUARANTEE. This seal must be neither cut nor broken, nor removed, without all the conditions for the CHANGE or RESO can not be applied.

On some products, such as bags and clothing, there is a WARRANTY SEAL. This seal must not be cut, broken, or removed, otherwise all the conditions for EXCHANGE or RETURN cannot be applied. THE PRODUCT MUST ABSOLUTELY BE INSERTED IN THE SAME BOX IN WHICH IT WAS RECEIVED (IF YOU DO NOT USE A BOX OF THE SAME SIZE) PENALTY we will refuse the exchange / return.
For hygienic reasons we cannot accept returns or exchanges of items such as:
- stockings, tights and bandelettes;
- garments in mesh or latex;
- briefs or lower parts of swimsuits that have been worn in direct contact with the skin;
- adhesive bras or adhesive accessories;
To protect hygiene, we also ask that all kinds of swimsuits, thongs and briefs be tried on with your underwear.
